Samantha Grynke discovered her love of reading and writing at a young age and now draws on her experience as a nurse to help create authentic characters with the resilience and strength she has witnessed while caring for people in the darkest moments of their lives.

She lives in Barrhead, Alberta, with her husband, their three children, and their dog. She also finds inspiration in movies, video games, art, and music. Divine Awakening is her first novel.
